The Rehabilitation Department at St. Agnes Hospital is dedicated to helping
patients and their families adapt to illness or disability, improve physical
function, and manage the psychosocial problems related to disability, illness,
or hospitalization. Our goal is to help each individual achieve the highest
possible level of independence, return to the least restrictive environment,
and live in a dignified manner.
The Rehabilitation Department at St. Agnes is comprised
of both inpatient and outpatient services, including physical
therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology / hearing
aid services and pain management. Our clinical staff holds a wide variety
of certifications and has advanced training in using innovative techniques
and highly specialized equipment.
Scheduling and Billing
Services are available by appointment only. A prescription from a
doctor, dentist or medical practitioner (physician assistant, nurse practitioner)
is required for therapy. We bill insurance companies directly and accept
assignment for Medicare and Medicaid. For more specific billing information
please call the referral coordinator at the Rehab Department.
