At Saint Agnes Hospital—Heart Services, we practice what we call HeartCare, a holistic approach to coronary-related illness that combines medical skill with a broad strategy of prevention. In fact, Saint Agnes was the first hospital in the nation to open a Chest Pain Emergency Room dedicated exclusively to the care of cardiac patients.

From these pioneering efforts, we have grown and changed, though our goals remain constant. Today Saint Agnes is one of the leading hospitals in Baltimore to provide a complete continuum of cardiac services. And our reputation is growing.

At Saint Agnes Heart Services, you’ll find a cardiologist and a related subspecialist on staff, as well as a specialist in each program of service. And to help ensure that your visit with us is not lacking in any way, our coronary facility is completely new and up-to-date.

This high dedication to service is hardly new to us. For more than 125 years Saint Agnes has cared for Marylanders in a way that reflects our devotion to matters of the body and spirit. In addition, as part of the Daughters of Charity National Health System within Ascension Health, we bring a tradition of 350 years of health care to helping those in need.
