Oncology Nurse Navigators
and American Cancer Society Partnership

The Saint Agnes Cancer Center understands your unique needs as a newly diagnosed cancer patient. If you have been diagnosed with breast, gastrointestinal cancer or lymphoma, we offer a Personal Care Coordinator as a free service. Your coordinator will work closely with you and your family to help you navigate your treatment. Once you begin your relationship with your Oncology Nurse Navigator, you will always have a familiar face, a friendly voice and a dedicated phone number to call.

In addition, Saint Agnes is the first community hospital in Maryland to host a full-time American Cancer Society staff member to serve as navigator for cancer patients and their families. The ACS navigator provides a link to resources available from the American Cancer Society, as well as serving as a bridge to other resources you may need.

For more information, contact our Cancer Center at 410-368-2910.
