Anticoagulation Clinic

Saint Agnes Hospital’s anticoagulation clinic provides clinical management of Coumadin (generic name Warfarin) without the invasive lab work and long wait for lab results traditionally associated with monitoring. Patients come in for a finger-stick test and results are immediate. Dosage adjustments are made onsite at the time of the test.

Our highly trained and dedicated clinicians, under physician direction, work closely with referring physicians to ensure up-to-date information is maintained and shared.
