For Patients and Visitors
Discharge Information
When your physician has determined you are ready to leave the hospital, he or she will issue discharge orders. For your health and safety, be sure to discuss these directions with your doctor and nurse.
Saint Agnes has a noon discharge time. The hospital requests that patients and their families prepare to vacate their room by noon on the day of discharge.
Pharmacy
Prescriptions may be filled at the pharmacy of your choice, or at NeighborCare, located on the first floor.
Home Care
Saint Agnes Hospital’s Home Care and Hospice Program provides comprehensive health care and support services to extend quality care to your home. For more information, call 410-368-2825.
Billing
Your room charges include: room, meals, nursing, housekeeping and laundry. All other procedures and services are itemized on your account. Please note, charges may be increased or decreased during your stay. These changes will be reflected on your bill.
You will receive separate billing from your attending physician and from the radiologists, anesthesiologists, pathologists and other physician specialists who render professional services to you.

Cashier
Our cashier’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash for bill payment.
