Saint Agnes Hospital Names Nine Physicians to Healing Hands Society

Saint Agnes Hospital is proud is announce the induction of nine doctors to Saint Agnes Hospital’s Healing Hands Society. The Healing Hands Society is an honorary group of physicians with a long history of renowned clinical leadership, guided by the tenets of clinical excellence, innovation, leadership and service to our community.

A celebration was held on Thursday, November 9th to commemorate the legacy these physicians have created. The Healing Hands recognition wall was unveiled, which is made up of the actual hand imprints of the inductees, adding to the 25 physician hands from the classes of 2009 and 2010. The wall will allow patients, visitors, associates and medical staff to place their hands over the healing hands of these physicians and is a tribute not only to the physicians, but also a spiritual interaction that can be experienced by patients and their families.

“This extraordinary group of physicians has been selected for this honor based on their dedication to the Saint Agnes mission, ground breaking clinical work, and innovation in their specific field of medicine,” said Bonnie Phipps, President and CEO of Saint Agnes Hospital.
