The Saint Agnes Foundation recently announced a new slate of officers to its board of directors.

Leading the Foundation Board will be Jeff Sube, Vice President, T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., who began his term as Chairman of the Foundation Board on July 1. Sube is a senior human resources professional with experience in organization development, human capital management, new business development, strategic client service, and operations management. Patricia Lambert, Esq., Principal at Hodes, Pessin & Katz, PA, will become Vice-Chair.

“I'm honored to lead the Saint Agnes Foundation during a time of tremendous growth and positive change,” stated Sube who replaced Jack Stansbury, President, Agency Insurance of Maryland, Inc., who served as Board Chair since 2008. “Saint Agnes is known for its team approach to patient care, medical excellence, and providing high levels of service to all who place their trust in our physicians and staff. It’s a privilege to help contribute to the hospital’s mission through the work of the Foundation.”

Continuing in their leadership positions will be Antony Gross, Vice President, MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC as Secretary and John Singer, M.D. as Treasurer.

Janice Huff, Vice President and Actuary for The Baltimore Life Insurance Company, returns to the Board after previously serving 3 three-year terms. Marie Hartman, Partner and Co-Founder of Hartman Executive Advisors joined the Board as a new member.
