CME ConferenceTarget Audience

All physicians and nurses involved in the diagnosis and management of pediatric orthopedic conditions and injuries.

Goals and Obiectives

This program was developed in recognition of the need for clinicians to be updated on current diagnosis, conservative and surgical management and therapies in common pediatric orthopedic problems and injuries. Upon completion of the program you will be able to: Describe appropriate diagnosis, treatment /therapies and splinting techniques for common pediatric orthopedic conditions. Including upper and lower extremities, sports and spine related conditions and injuries.

Accreditation

Saint Agnes Hospital is accredited by the Medical and Chirurgical faculty of Maryland to sponsor continuing medical education. Saint Agnes Hospital designates this educational activity for Category I credits toward AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity. This program is approved for contact hours by the Maryland Nursing Association.
