Full-time
Benefits are available to full-time associates working a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Part-time
If you are a part-time associate, you are eligible if you are regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Dependents
Eligible dependents may also participate. Eligible dependents are your spouse and unmarried dependent children up to age 19 or to their 23rd birthday, if they are a qualified full-time student.
